Processing & Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time are typically processed and shipped within 10-15 business days (weekdays only).
Delays may occur during peak seasons or in the event of severe weather conditions. These situations are rare, and Echo Strength Depot always strives to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Shipping to a Different Address
You can ship to an address other than your billing address.
Simply enter both addresses during checkout, ensuring that the billing information matches your payment details to avoid any errors.
Carriers
Echo Strength Depot primarily ships with FedEx.

Individual items weighing up to 150 lbs will ship via FedEx.

During checkout, available FedEx shipping options will be displayed in order of cost, along with estimated delivery times (ETAs).

Additional options such as morning or evening delivery may be available for an extra fee.
Note: ETAs are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Oversized Items
Items that exceed FedEx’s weight or size limits are shipped via freight carriers such as Southeastern or IBF.
Freight charges vary based on item weight and destination.

Oversized orders typically ship on a weekly basis, with delivery taking 1–2 weeks.

Dropship items (shipped from partner warehouses) may require additional time.

Freight deliveries are curbside only, and the shipping company will contact you beforehand to schedule a delivery appointment.
Order Tracking
For FedEx shipments, you can track your order by logging into your account at the top right corner of our homepage.
FedEx will make one delivery attempt before the package is sent to the nearest depot.
If this occurs, you may either:

Call FedEx to schedule a second delivery attempt, or
-
Pick up your package directly from the depot.
If no contact is made within one week, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Should this happen, customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Remote Areas
Remote areas are locations outside standard carrier service routes.
Orders shipping to these regions may incur additional charges based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
If the actual shipping cost differs from what’s displayed online, Echo Strength Depot will contact you with the updated rate before processing your order.
Note: Shipping rates are subject to change for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Free Shipping – Transparency Disclaimer
Items marked with Free Shipping include a shipping allowance that covers delivery to most major U.S. cities.
Because the U.S. is geographically large, this offer does not extend to remote regions or islands.
If the actual shipping cost exceeds the allocated amount, you’ll receive an email with the cost difference.
You may then choose to:

Pay the additional amount to cover the difference, or
-
Cancel the order for a full refund before it ships.
Multi-Box Shipments
Some orders may arrive in fewer boxes than the number of items purchased, as our warehouse may combine multiple items into a single box.
If you receive fewer packages than expected, please open all boxes before contacting customer support to verify whether any items are actually missing.
Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery.
Take a photo (if possible), note the damage with the carrier, and contact Echo Strength Depot immediately at (828) 331-0551 for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
Echo Strength Depot does not ship to P.O. boxes, as our carriers require a physical delivery address.
If your billing information is associated with a P.O. box, please provide a physical address in the billing section during checkout.
Ensure this address is also registered with your credit card provider to avoid verification delays.
