It's been one month since I bought this multipress combo machine. I installed all parts using the manual and the required hardware they sent to me. Only to find out that the required screws for the back pad are missing. I've been reaching out since July and all I've been getting is well send it our to you. I'm very disappointed in Echo Strength at this level, that it take so long to get the required bolts to fasten the back pad of the machine. Without the screws to connect the back pad, it is unsafe to use the machine. In addition, customer service is not as responsive as you'd like. They take 3 or 4 days or even more before you get a response.

This machine is really a great addition to my home gym. Easy movement between weight change due to it being selectorize. You'll feel the stretch mostly when you go heavy. It has the capacity to add weight pin to add weight a plate or 2 if you so desire to go heavier. I gave a four start because I'm stll missing the screws for the back pad which, when I reached out to Echo Strength, they assured me they will send.
Very solid machine, feels like commercial grade gym equipment for a fraction of the price..AAA+
