Directions would be nice but honestly I think I had it together in about an hr and a half so not bad. As far as functionality leg curls for me weight stack I was right in the middle I do sets of 15 at my gym with usually 130lbs I believe for feel on it to have the same resistance I was using 150 so no issue honestly now leg extensions my gym I use 175 for 4 sets of 15 I was using 200 on the echo strength made me nervous at first it wasn’t going to be enough but the third set It got hard could I max the machine out and do 6 reps yea for sure am I squeezing at the top probably not I’m 5’6” 180 lbs Id like to believe for my size I’m stronger than the average gym goer but I’m sure someone 225 lbs and in the same shape would want more weight but for me it works. Id say is just as rigid and smooth as my gyms life equipment once I got it adjusted all around for 1700 dollars compared to a 6000 dollar machine your getting 90% of the feel of the life machine
Overall this product is solid and operates smoothly. My main complaint with this piece is the lack of quality control. I found several scratches, finish issues, and general QC type things that are disappointing but do not affect functionality. For this price I would have hoped for better.
Great product! Built solid and has a great stretch and contraction! I needed a little help building and their customer service was amazing! Highly recommend this product and company!
