Excellent personal trainer. Solid construction and very smooth. The equipment was delivered on schedule and well packed. The instructions were very easy to follow and I assembled it in about 5 hours. This is an excellent high quality piece of equipment, it will not disappoint. Also, your customer service is excellent. I decided to upgrade to a larger machine 2 weeks after placing my original order and all it took was one email and it was handled in a few hours.
I can’t say enough good things about this rack.Although I did need help putting together the rack portion, I put most of it together myself and I am a 5’2 115lb female. Simple design and easily goes together. One hitch was relocating the land mine for the foot attachment. I wish the foot attachment was easily removable. Routing the cables and the install was seamless. The machine is smooth. Incredible quality for that price point. The only other concern was the directions were not for the 86” so the pull-up attachment was kind of guesswork, only installs with 2 bolts? I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! Good job, Echo Sport Depot!

The reason for 2 stars is their delivery logistics. The freight carrier delivered the crate with substantial damage. Items inside were scuffed. Second part of my order which was placed in late april still hasnt arrived. We are now mid august at time of review.
