We just got one of these units and it is rock solid. Had a question about adjusting the handles up and down more smoothly, thought maybe something was out of line. Turns out a quick call to Echo and some WD-40 did the trick. Now its moving slick and easy. Thanks!
I purchased the commercial functional trainer from echo strength depot and I LOVE IT! it’s very high quality and is very smooth it’s much better than the one I used at the gym i went to and the price is the best on the market and it was very easy to put together took my husband a little over 2 hrs. Mark was very helpful absolutely great customer service and communication. If you want great high quality gym equipment this is definitely the place you should go or order online. I ordered on line without seeing this machine in person and was a little hesitant because the price was so great and boy was I surprised at the quality of this machine so don’t hesitate their equipment is amazing! Purchased the cable functional trainer from the store, it is exactly what I was looking for. Great price and the staff is extremely helpful and co-operative, they helped me from scheduling the smooth pickup till installation.
