If you go over 50 lbs on the lat pull down, you have to leave the mid row attachment hanging down. The cable needs to be shorter. We need to get bolt cutters to shorten the cable to avoid this.
Also- If you are 5'4" or under, sitting & using the lat pulldown, you need another extender for the wide grip bar or the weights will hit the top of the cage holding them.
The knee rest is a pain to raise or lower.
Not a well built machine.

The Lat Pull down is better than I could have imagined. The quality and all the pulleys,cables, hardware etc..are health club commercial gym quality. You can’t go wrong with this equipment in your home/ commercial gym!!
