I ordered the half rack functional trainer/smith machine at the start of January. No tracking info was given for weeks. When they finally answered my emails, they told me to call their logistics manager to organise delivery (first time a company has asked me to do this), and she never responded to my calls.

As of now, 2 months since ordering, I still have not recieved the lat pulldown bench, low row footplate and weight holders. No email reaponses.

This next bit isn’t as severe but the half rack and smith machine that they bothered to send arrived with a tonne of cosmetic damage and finish flaws. Would never order from them again. It’s a shame because the youtube reviewers I watched said their customer support was amazing.
