We have only had these a few weeks but here is what I have to say. Shipping was fast. We got them within a few weeks after ordering. Assembly was also easy enough. But let me say this treadmill has far exceeded my expectations. I’ve tried other ones and this one is extremely comfortable to run on. It has more give on the tread than others I’ve tried making it very comfortable to run. It’s durable for our commercial use and quiet. If you are on the fence go for it. We researched all the different brands prior to selecting this one and ultimately this one is the best value for your money.
